Leads aren't reaching your CRM

When quiz submissions don't show up in your CRM, check these first.

Confirm the lead was captured

Every submission is stored in Custom One first, even before any CRM. Open your leads view and confirm the lead is there — see CRM & Leads. If it's missing here, the issue is upstream, in the quiz itself.

Check the integration

If the lead is in Custom One but not your CRM, the connection is the likely culprit.

  • Is the integration still connected? Reconnect if the token expired.
  • Are your fields mapped to the right CRM fields?
