CRM & Leads
Find your leads, filter them, and export them out of Custom One.
Introduction
Every person who finishes your quiz and shares their info becomes a lead. All your leads live in the CRM, under the Leads tab in the left menu.
From there you can open a single lead, see what they did, filter the list, and pull the data out.
How to work with your leads
Open the Leads tab from the left sidebar to get started. Each row is one person.
- Step 1: Click the Leads tab in the left menu to see every lead in one table.
- Step 2: Click any row to open that lead, you'll see their result video, name, email, and every answer they gave.
- Step 3: Click the clock icon on a lead to see all their activity with Custom One, email sent, email opened, link clicked, and more.
- Step 4: Use the filter bar at the top to narrow the list by funnel, by tag, or by specific answers.
- Step 5: Toggle columns on or off to show only the info you care about.
- Step 6: Click Export to download your leads as a file.
Details
The lead profile
Opening a lead shows the full picture. You get the result video that was made for them, their contact info, and every answer they submitted. This is the best place to understand who they are before you reach out.
The activity log
The clock icon opens a timeline of everything that person has done with Custom One. It tracks when emails went out, when they landed, and when the lead clicked through. Handy for spotting warm leads.
Filters and search
The filter bar at the top lets you slice the list any way you want, by the quiz they took, by a tag, or by how they answered a specific question. Great for pulling a short list of people to follow up with.
Custom columns
Your table has more fields than fit on screen. Toggle columns on or off so you only see the ones you use.
Export
When you want your leads outside Custom One, hit Export to download them. Use the file in your email tool, your spreadsheet, or anywhere else.
