What to include

The more you give us up front, the faster we fix it.

  • The link to the quiz or result page you're working on.
  • What you expected versus what actually happened.
  • A screenshot or short screen recording if it's visual.
  • Your browser and whether it happens in another one too.
Tip — A shared link plus one screenshot usually turns a day of back-and-forth into a single reply.
