Log in and account access
Trouble signing in, a forgotten password, or a locked account — here's how to get back in.
Can't log in
Start with the basics before anything else.
- Step 1: Check you're using the email you signed up with.
- Step 2: Retype your password — watch for caps lock and trailing spaces.
- Step 3: Still no luck? Reset your password (below).
Reset your password
Use the Forgot password link on the login screen. We email you a reset link — open it and set a new password. If the email isn't there in a minute, check spam.
Locked out or lost access
If you can't get in at all, email support@custom.one from the address on the account so we can verify it's you.
Team access
If you're on someone else's workspace and can't see something, it may be your role. See Roles & Permissions — an admin can change what you can access.
