Custom domain isn't connecting

DNS and setup fixes for when your custom domain won't verify.

How setup works

A custom domain points a subdomain you own at Custom One with a DNS record. Full walkthrough: Custom Domain.

Check your DNS record

Right type and value — the record has to match exactly what setup shows, with no typos.
Give it time — DNS changes can take a while to spread, sometimes up to 48 hours.
One record — a leftover conflicting record on the same subdomain will block it.

Certificate not ready yet

The secure certificate is issued only after DNS resolves. If the domain shows as connected but won't load securely, give it a little longer, then retry.

Still failing

Email the exact domain to support@custom.one and we'll check it from our side.
