Custom Domain

Set up a custom domain so your quizzes live under your own brand instead of ours.

Introduction

You can run your quizzes from a web address you own, like quiz.yourbrand.com. This keeps everything looking like your company from start to finish.

Setting it up takes a few steps. You'll add the domain in the app, then confirm you own it with your domain provider (the company where you bought your web address, like GoDaddy or Namecheap).

How to add a custom domain

You can add a domain from your dashboard in just a few clicks.

Step 1: Go to the home dashboard.
Step 2: Click your name at the bottom left.
Step 3: Open Email domains.
Step 4: Click Add domain.
Step 5: Type in your domain and follow the on-screen steps.
Step 6: Verify the domain with your domain provider to finish.

Tip , Keep your domain provider open in another tab. You'll need to paste records from us into their settings to prove the domain is yours.

Where to find email domains

The Email domains page lives under your account menu at the bottom left of the home dashboard. Click your name to open the menu, then pick Email domains from the list.

Verifying your domain

Verification is how you prove the domain belongs to you. After you add it, we'll show you a few records to copy.

Sign in to your domain provider, paste the records into their DNS settings (the list of rules that points your web address to the right place), and save. It can take a few minutes to a few hours for the check to go through.

Once your domain is verified, your quizzes will start running from your own web address. You can come back to Email domains any time to add more or remove ones you no longer use.
