User Info

Introduction

The User Info module displays the details a visitor gave you during your quiz or form. Think name, email, phone, and the date the video was made.

It's a small touch that makes the video feel made just for them.

How to set up the User Info module

Add the module to your video, then pick which details to show.

• Step 1: Add the User Info module to your scene.
• Step 2: Turn on the fields you want to show, name, email, phone, or date.
• Step 3: Turn off any fields you want to hide.
• Step 4: Preview the video to check the grid looks right.

Details

What each field shows

• Name, the prospect's name.
• Email, the prospect's email address.
• Phone, the prospect's phone number.
• Date, the date the video was generated, not the date they filled out the form.

Which fields you'll have

The fields you can show depend on what you asked in your quiz or form. At a minimum you'll usually have name and email. Phone and date are there if you collected them.
