Groupings

Bundle answers together so they share the same clip. Use this to cut down how many videos you need to film.

Introduction

When you link a question to a module, you get one variation for every answer. That can mean a lot of clips to record.

Grouping lets you join answers so they share a single clip. Fewer variations, less filming.

How to group answers

Open the question, then pick which answers belong together.

  • Step 1: Find the question and click the gear icon at the top.
  • Step 2: Choose Group answers from the menu.
  • Step 3: Toggle on the answers you want to bundle into one variation.
  • Step 4: Save. The grouped answers now share the same clip.

Where you can group

Grouping works in more than one place, so you can set it up wherever you're already working:

  • On the question itself.
  • In your segments (your recording plan).
  • In your clips.
Tip , Group answers that would get the exact same spoken response. If the wording needs to change, keep them separate.
