Introduction
Most segments on your recording plan are built from the modules you pick, personalized modules or score modules. They follow what's on your result page.
Custom segments work differently. They're free segments you shape yourself, linked to questions instead of modules. Think of them as extra room to say what you want.
How to create a custom segment
You'll set these up from the result page on your recording plan. Here's the flow.
- Step 1: Open the recording plan and go to the result page.
- Step 2: Add a new custom segment.
- Step 3: Pick the questions you want to link the segment to.
- Step 4: Write your script and record the clip like any other segment.
