Conditional CTA Button

Set up your result page so different viewers land on different links when they click the button at the end.

Introduction

The CTA (call-to-action) is the button at the end of your result page. It's where you invite viewers to take the next step after watching their personalized video.

By default, the button sends everyone to the same link. With a conditional CTA, you can send each viewer to a different link based on their answers.

How to set up a conditional CTA

Start from your result page editor, then open the CTA button settings.

  • Step 1: Open the CTA button on your result page.
  • Step 2: Change the button label to match the action you want.
  • Step 3: Click Add conditional link.
  • Step 4: Set the button text and URL for this link.
  • Step 5: Pick the conditions that send people to this link.
  • Step 6: Repeat for each group you want to route somewhere else.

Details

You can stick with one link for everyone, or add as many conditional links as you need. Each conditional link has its own button text and URL, so the button changes based on who's watching.

Example routing

Send your most qualified leads straight to a high-ticket program. Send your least qualified leads to a nurturing sequence or a low-ticket offer. Same result page, different next step for each viewer.

Tip , Match the button text to the offer behind it. A "Book a call" button and a "Grab the free guide" button tell very different people what to expect.

Conditional links turn one result page into many. Map out your viewer groups first, then build one link per group so each person gets the offer that fits them best.
