How to get help and give feedback

Everything starts from the help section in the bottom-right corner of the app, marked with a ? icon. Open it whenever you're stuck or curious.

  • Step 1: Click the ? in the bottom-right to open the help section.
  • Step 2: Browse the docs for written guides and reference material.
  • Step 3: Chat with the AI agent in the same menu for quick answers in your own words.
  • Step 4: Contact support directly if you'd rather talk to a human — no question is too small.
  • Step 5: Send a feature request from the help menu if something you want is missing.
