Flow Chart in Analytics
Learn how to read your funnel's flow chart so you can spot drop-offs and fix what's costing you conversions.
Introduction
Every funnel has an Analytics tab packed with data about how people move through your quiz. You'll see start rates, finish rates, watch rates, audience info, and every response.
The most powerful view is the flow chart — a step-by-step map of your visitor journey with the drop-off between each step. This is where you find out what's really working.
How to read the flow chart
Open any funnel, go to its analytics, and head to the flow chart view. Then work your way down.
- Step 1: Open your funnel and click the data on your page to go to the Analytics tab.
- Step 2: Check the top metrics — quiz starts, finishes, finish rate, and average watch rate.
- Step 3: Open the Audience tab to see devices and main spoken language.
- Step 4: Open the Responses tab to see how people answered each question.
- Step 5: Open the Flow chart to see the full path from session to CTA click.
- Step 6: Read the drop-off percentages on the lines between steps to spot where people bail.
- Step 7: Click any card to see who reached that step, the conversion rate, and their typical answers.

What the chart shows
The chart starts with sessions — how many people landed on your quiz. It branches down through each question (Q1, Q2, Q3…), showing how many visitors made it past each one.
Keep scrolling and you'll see the follow-up stages: email sent, SMS sent, result page opened, video started, video completed, and CTA clicked. Every step in your funnel, visualized.
Using drop-offs to fix your funnel
The drop-offs tell you exactly where to focus. If 90% of visitors bail at question four, your problem isn't your result page — it's question four. Rewrite it, shorten it, or delete it.
If everyone finishes the quiz but nobody watches the video, your intro clip probably isn't landing. Re-record it.
If they watch but nobody clicks the CTA, your offer or button copy needs work.
Clicking a card for deeper insight
Click any card to open its details. You'll see how many people arrived, the percentage who got there, audience info for that group, and the answers they typically picked.
